Buying Policy (Caveat Emptor)
Availability of works is based on completed payment processes. Once a work has been paid for, it will disappear from this site. Works may reappear as 'SOLD' at a later date.
It is important that you are sure about your purchase as once payment has been processed there will be no refunds (unless the work has been damaged by the National Art School or has become unavailable).
Works are sold 'as is' and any inclusion of framing will be noted in item descriptions.
Payment
Payment for all works are processed by Paypal in behalf of the National Art School.
Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards, and existing Paypal account credits.
You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a payment.

When can I collect my artwork?
Artworks will be available for collection from 12-22 December 2014.
The National Art School will be closed from 24 December 2014 to 4 January 2015.
There will be limited collection of purchases during the week of 5-10 January 2015 via prior arrangement with danielle.neely@nas.edu.au
Please bring a form of photo ID to collect. If you are having someone collect on your behalf, please have them bring a printout of your Paypal Receipt.
Collection Location: National Art School Security Office (Forbes Street entrance) between the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm.
How long do I have to collect my artwork?
Uncollected artworks from 3 months after the sale date, will be disposed of at the National Art School's discretion.
Transport/Delivery?
The purchaser is wholly responsible for collection of purchased artwork from the National Art School, we will not arrange transport/delivery.
Website Security
When purchasing from NAS via this website, you will be diverted directly to Paypal to process your payment. PayPal’s secure payment gateway masks your credit card number as you enter it and it can never be viewed or stored by us. All payments are fully automated with an email payment response from PayPal.
PayPal’s payment engine, Website Payments Pro, is PCI DSS compliant, undertaking yearly audits and quarterly network scans from an external Qualified Security Assessor to ensure compliance is maintained.
NAS may use your email submitted during the sales process to keep you occasionally up to date with future events and items of interest. Please leave "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the sales process or email danielle.neely@nas.edu.au if you would like to opt out of this service.
